Here at Lafayette Bible Church we’re led by an Elder Team that is responsible for overseeing our ministry and mission.
Our Pastors serve as members of the Elder Team and oversee the day-to-day operations.
Our wider staff and lay leaders serve in various capacities and support our work of developing fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Elder Team
The Elder Team is responsible for overseeing the ministry and mission of Lafayette Bible Church. It is entrusted with protecting, leading, equipping, and caring for our body of believers and the members from which that body is made.
Elders are selected according to the qualifications listed in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-3, and affirmed by the congregation. They can be reached by email at elders@lafayettebible.org.
